I led the end-to-end user journey mapping for an AI-powered video insights dashboard, using impact–effort analysis to align MVP scope with business goals. Through early usability testing, I identified and resolved key flow issues—accelerating development and contributing to a solution now live on the platform.

USER INTERVIEWS & FEEDBACK
I facilitated weekly design studio sessions and conducted usability tests to validate early concepts. Insights from user interviews helped us identify friction points and prioritize iterative improvements—turning vague needs into actionable design criteria.

DESIGN SOLUTION
I designed a modular video insights dashboard with a scalable visual system and intuitive interaction patterns. This included custom components for trend detection, video summarization, and topic clustering—making the AI's output both useful and usable.

PITCH TO CLIENT
We wrapped the project by presenting a clickable prototype and key recommendations to ViralMoment’s leadership team. Our solution was greenlit for development, and several features are now live on the platform, demonstrating the real-world impact of our design.
